Celebrating the Season in Atlantic City’s Ocean Resort

The holiday season is our favorite time of the year for many reasons, but one of the best is our One Goal United Holiday Party! This year’s celebration found us traveling to Atlantic City, New Jersey, for an evening at the fabulous Ocean Resort.

This was an incredible opportunity for our team to travel together and have a great time. Especially around the end of each year, it’s nice when we’re able to thank our team members who work tirelessly to help our organization reach its goals.

Events like our holiday party are more than just fun; they’re also part of our strategy to build and maintain an inviting, team-oriented culture. Another tool we use to keep our One Goal United office environment unified is team nights. We frequently go out together for dinner or to bowl a few frames, because when we spend time away from the office, we let our professional personas relax. This gives us a chance to connect on a more personal level and create friendships that supersede projects and even departments.

Our interview process is designed to enhance our office atmosphere as well. When we meet with applicants, our top priority is finding those who have values that line up with our own. This improves the chances that a person will both benefit from and contribute to our workplace milieu.
